Okay, we got some teaser about the 60th Hero, named Deadwood

From the change of Keeper of the Forest, I think Deadwood is a hero like Keeper of the Forest, but maybe his rival, or the opposite of him?Just guessing...
But, according to the news from S2Phlogiston :
"Our topic of discussion right now is what sort of model/concept we want to use for one of the dota heroes we want to port eventually."
So, does it mean Deadwood will be a port?For what Port?
or that news is about another hero, the 61th hero maybe?
