This Thursday, May 13, the developers of Heroes of Newerth will be answering your questions through IRC on their newly opened #HoN channel.
The developer chat is dated one day after the initial game release, which for sure will bring forth a set of questions. If you have a question, enter QuakeNet at 22:00 CET on Thursday.
