Blood Chalice - A`nub`is Version

So, this new item called blood chalice, was founded before few days ago, made by A`nub`is in his item suggestion thread here : http://bit.ly/95KzBI .
The point is, is the upcoming Blood Chalice is the same as the A`nub`is Blood Chalice?In other word it's ported now?
The answer is : no, it's just got same name but not the same item.
So just sharing about A`nub`is's Blood Chalice :





 Bottle - 600 g



and Recipe - 400 g





Blood Chalice (1000)

• Restores 170 Health and 70 Mana on self over 3 seconds. Dispels upon taking damage.
• Contains up to 4 charges. Must be filled at the Well or by picking up Runes.
• On obtaining a kill the Chalice refills 1 charge.
  
• On obtaining an assist the Chalice refills 1 charge.

Notes:
-An upgrade for bottle that makes it more offensive/gank/roaming orientated (would be a shame to use it only to be able to stay in your lane ).
