In the darkest days of the war, when starvation stalked the land, it is said that some men turned to eating the flesh of the dead -- and then, the flesh of the living. Perhaps that is the origin of Dampeer, a monster who feeds on the lifeforce of his foes, spreading terror before his tattered wings, his pants the only remnants of his humanity.
Abilities:
Terrorize: Dampeer instills terror within nearby foes, damaging them and causing them to run around like headless chickens.
Vampiric Flight: Dampeer takes flight toward his target enemy, damaging and stealing life from foes he passes through.
Bloodthirst: Dampeer and nearby allies gain lifesteal on attacks.
Consume: Dampeer takes a massive bite of an enemy's flesh, inflicting damage and healing himself for the damage dealt.
Dampeer is coming to a Newerth near you to find his Bella on Wednesday, Dec. 22nd 2010.

Note : For me, his 1st skill, is just like Maliken ulti effect, and his ultimate is just like Devourer with SoTM, his 3rd skill, like the vampiric aura.Also his 2nd skill, like Maliken green sword throw.
So, nothing really new in this Dampeer Cullen, why no more port now?

His ulti is like Black Arachnia from dota, is more like this then ulti Devo with SoTM.

Anyway, model seems to be nice.
But skill animation and interaction with other heroes is awful

The reason why there aren't any more ports now is because DotA 2 is actually under development...They cant exactly port now legally

I saw this hero designer that makes heroes that break the boundaries of the game, I'd rather have his heroes implemented instead of the S2 abortions so far. I rlly want to promote this guy, username lolyouredead. I want his Speedster implemented NAO
This heroe its nothing interesting, is an unbalanced heroe with skills of others characters. in other words its a multifuncional heroe, i think than the creator of this heroe had not a creative mind in think on the skills!! the desing its awesome, but the skills not.
example: combo- 1)Vampiric Flight-2)Terrorize-3)Consume.
Yes, agreed with you guys, nothing new here, i even didnt see whats original in him, also I hate Cullen, and so do I hate this hero.
About the port, they still havent confirm, they can port or not.

I dont see why you people are nagging. A new hero is better than no hero, and i think he looks awesome! <3

I dont think this hero will be a huge difference to HON, but i like that their always giving the players new heroes to play! <3 And hes probably cool ^^
Okay, nice supporting arguments there boys, but this new hero is a "no new" hero, thats bad
at least its not "The Glittering Vampire"...
