Right in time for the new Hero "Aluna" & Patch, Honcast had the amazing opportunity to sit down with the lovely, the amazingly fabulous actress Paula Garces. The inspiration and person behind the new Heroes of Newerth Character based off of her comic character Aluna. As you all know later today comes an amazing patch adding yet another hero to the already large number of diverse heroes, but this will be the first character brought from an entirely different realm, from the creation of
Honcast's own Nick "BreakyCPK" Caras sat down with Paula to discuss the new hero, her upcoming appearances on the big screen along with her own gaming secrets! Yes, she's a gamer; she says she started back with the Atari!

BreakyCPK: Have you ever played Heroes of Newerth?
Paula Garces: Oh Yeah, I played it before, and it was really hard, and... I was trying to get better and I would get mad, I'm like 'Damn it!’... I think that's why I was so driven to make this marriage between Aluna and Heroes of Newerth happen... my whole thinking is, if I make my own hero, maybe I can play her a little better *giggle* So I'm hoping that's the case"
Paula gives us insight on her independent comic book "Aluna" and it's creation as well as the origins behind the Latin American Superhero. She divulges her insight on the S2 Games relationship and how they took the artwork to a whole new level while keeping in-line with her philosophy and story behind the character.
