Good observe by b00m finding about something new in this video except Myrmidon Alt.Avt, so maybe we will have a new secret shop look in next patch, new Kongor's lair(but I didnt find any changes in the video), new neutral(rats?), think thats all.

Regarding the new neutrals:
They are most likely the harpies from DotA with placeholder models, as they are the same amount and the same difficulty
And the last picture might be watchtower reincarnated :D
