IntroWell, it’s already 2 years since I made this blog.And lately I’ve been thinking about ow to make this blog better than today.In my opinion I should ask you guys about your opinion about this blog first.
Before that, I will tell you guys about the main reason behind it.Actually it’s about the lack of people online at the current time in this blog, back to beta times I could have 20-50 visitors in the same time, now its only 5-20 visitors online.
I visited another DotABlog(Indonesian made too) it can gave around 300 visitors online and more than 1000 visitors at the peak time.
So that’s why Im thinking how to increase this blog popularity and make this blog better of course.
Stuff in my head
Before asking for your idea, I think I should start with my own ideas first.There are some things flying around my head.Here they are :
- 1. HONizen’s Opinion : I was thinking about making a new post category called “HONizen’s Opinion”, so its about your opinion about a certain topic/hot topic/latest patch.It will be like a bunch of comment in 1 post
- 2. HONblog hero guides : for all of you that interested in making your own hero guides, you can email me and i will post that.
- 3. HonBlog ingame clan : title says all, but its not a priority idea
- 4. Reader’s Want (What we want in next patch) : Its about what do you guys would like to see in the next patch.But Im afraid as an average player i cant give a good opinion.So thats all for now, what do you guys think about my idea?

i really hope, if possible, rune can be shown in minimap, so we dont take more time to check where the rune has been spawned. i mean like we have ward there already, but even when the rune is already there, we cant notice just by looking at the minimap. so i hope u can somehow make rune icon at minimap. sorry bad english ><

Personally I don't have a problem with a way you run your blog. I come here daily, sometimes hourly, to check it out. The big reason is this blog is like a compendium of all new HON related. You usually have the latest information on potential new heroes or articles written by people from S2. Also, all the articles are things I want to read. So from my perspective, keep up the good work. I have enjoyed what you have done thus far.

The blog is a very nice source of compiled information from Reddit, the Forums, and some S2employees tweets. I often read Nomerology as well as HoNblog, but since Nomerology isn't updated as often, i usually only check it when mentioned in your blog.
I like the idea of having a clan. It would spread the word of the blog quite a bit faster.
I would also push for having some kind of info line with S2. Get some information that other sources (reddit and the forums) don't get as fast as you do.
While the idea of hero guides really isn't the greatest, it's on the right track. I'm thinking some kind of post where you can discuss hero rolls, item builds, why they work etc.
It's really a pretty cool blog, keep up the good work
thanks for your feedback anony above me, but im afraid s2games is not that good with "leaking" or giving something exclusive to non partnered site like this blog, but i will try to make an email interview with s2staff about any topic so i can post that exclusive in this blog.
