Wow, I just say wow ... that you cant keep your own timeschedule. S2 be careful about saying one thing and doing something else. If you say that it'll be up at 9am EST then it better is or people will start going elsewhere. Remember that you're not the only fish in the ocean!
S2 is really rude.
I'm not a Riot fan, and prefer HoN over LoL.
BUT Riot gives out ALWAYS free coins after their servers are down for a longer time than planned.
S2 did that just 1 time, this was when the Dos attacks occured. But they still have so much problems, and also lost match stats..
I expect a compensation at least...
Seems almost like a joke to me: in order to do maintenance, paying players won't be able to play for several hours? Really?
You need to rethink your treatment of your playerbase and your business model, S2. It's a shame, cause you've delivered a great product, but as of the last several months of severe fuckups, I fear you'll see 80% of your playerbase heading over to DOTA 2 once it's out...

How about maintenance planning? Backup systems? Redundancy? ... this used to be a fun, easy going game, why did you have to break it? Really that scared of dota2?
Hon isnt UNBALANCED its a part of the game that the heroes have different abilitys and are strong against one and less against others. Ofcourse they are heroes you might be think they are op but normaly this a hard to play heroes with a player who can play them.....
