We are fevorishly working to solve these problems. We continue to make minor adjustments to keep as much uptime as possible. However, these efforts are not impacting things to the degree at which we need (again, clearly evident in performance). This situation is taken as seriously as it possibly can and we are pursuing multiple avenues to correct things.
I am sure the situation appears dire and I can fully understand the frustrations and lack of confidence. I can't say anything to alleviate those thoughts. Right now, it is up to us to get this right and let continued, uninterrupted stability be the only acceptable response!

At last an official statement form maliken. Well lets all hope that HoN gets back to normal working state as soon as possible.
That is Fucking incredible , first You add a little patch 20mb ( LOL have 100 , 200 mb patch) 2 days , then i have crush raports after update so i must reinstal all game and patches , now secend day stats dont add after game INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How sucks you are !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it might be a good idea to have a flood gate; before the system gets overloaded with users, stop letting users log in. Maybe there could be some logic to it. Vintage accounts can still log in, people who've purchased x gold in the last y days can still log in.
It would help keep the servers running smoothly; one more encouragement to buy stuff wouldn't be a bad thing. And if it increased the number of users who buy some thing; then there would be more money for band with / servers.
